The LS-CUV cuvette holder is designed for transmission and fluorescence measurements using 10×10 mm test tubes. Its feature is an adjustable clamp that secures test tubes of various specifications in the same position. All test tube sample holders have a 5 mm wide slit for filter placement and a cover to prevent ambient light from entering the optical path.

The LS-CUV-AS comes with two adjustable focal length collimating lenses to maximize the incoming light flux. The LS-CUV-FL has two collimating lenses at a 90° angle, suitable for fluorescence measurements, and two ports equipped with aluminum-coated SiO2 mirrors (LS-CUV-EL-FL-MIRROR). The LS-CUV-FL-ALL features four collimating lenses forming two perpendicular optical paths.
Different test tubes can be ordered for different holders. For example, the CUV-10-2 test tube is compatible with the standard LS-CUV-FL cuvette holder, while the CUV-10-4 has four optical windows, making it suitable for fluorescence or dual-path measurements when used with the LS-CUV-FL or LS-CUV-FL-ALL.
